Sweet Streets
I’m a week late with this post, but at least I’m somewhat consistent. Last Saturday, I went to the opening of the Sweet Streets: Art Inspired by Japanese Street Fashion at Gallery Nucleus. I saw Hillary there. It was a good turnout. There were lots of girls dressed up in Harajuku street fashions. Artists Yuki Miyazaki, Mari Inukai and a guy, wish I asked his name, painting live throughout the evening. They offered Japanese candy, Pocky sticks, cupcakes, Ramune and Sake. Oh and, of course, I forgot my camera. But not my iphone. Sorry, the pics aren’t that great.
